Voyant Beauty, a manufacturer specializing in bringing personal care and beauty products to the market, has hired Lorne Lucree as chief innovation officer. Lucree will be for responsible for developing and executing the strategy that will enable Voyant Beauty to become an industry leader in innovation. His scope includes marketing, product development, research & development as well as PR.
Lucree’s most recent position was head of innovation and development for luxury brand partners, where he has been for the past five years. There, he was responsible for leading innovation from concept to commercialization for over 400 SKUs on the IGK, R+Co, Smith & Cult, In Common, and V76 brands as well as several upstream future developments. He has extensive experience partnering on speed to market innovation and development with key raw material and packaging suppliers, as well as retail accounts like Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Space NK and Birchbox. Prior to LBP, Lucree held global marketing and product development positions at L’Oreal and Estee Lauder.
