MAC is breathing new life into MAC Face & Body with a new name and expanded shade range—Studio Radiance.
While the formula remains the same, Studio Radiance odders an expanded shade range of 30 skin-twinning shades, ranging from light to deep, to better meet the needs of everyone.
“The notion that we’re hitting all skin tones has been important to MAC since day one,” said Eva Yean, senior vice president, global product development. “We are constantly refining and adding to our shade range as a result of conversations with our consumers and Artist community all over the world, as everyone is welcome at MAC. Studio Radiance is no different, and we look forward to expanding the offering for both face and body with this all-inclusive shade range.”
Brand Campaign
To bring to life the product and ethos of Studio Radiance, MAC enlisted a diverse cast of creatives, athletes and influencers to be the faces of the campaign.
The cast includes Angeer Amol, a photographer and model discovered on TikTok; Artemis, a member of Moonlight Roller Crew and co-founder of Seattle Skates; Arsun Sorrenti, a multi-talented musician who is currently producing his first album; Tasmin Meyer, a photographer and stylist; Evelyn Escobar, a wellness advocate, nail artist and founder of Hike Club; and MLMA, an artist, musician and makeup artist.
The modern cast gave MAC unfiltered access to their lives and daily routines through seven days of self-generated content and on-location shoots in their homes led by visionary photographers Micaiah Carter and Campbell Addy. The result is beautiful, unretouched images and footage celebrating real skin from real people.
