Procedure::
Heat phase A and B separately to approximately 80°C. Add phase A to phase B with stirring. Homogenize. Cool with gentle stirring to approximately 40°C and add phase C. Homogenize for a short time. Cool with gentle stirring and add phase D below 30°C. Adjust the pH value to 4.0-4.5 with phase E.

IMPORTANT:
If phase A has to be charged into the vessel first, phase B must be added without stirring.

Procedure::
Heat oily phase and water phase up to 75°C separately. Merge phases, homogenize. At 65°C add well mixed Simulgel, mix thoroughly. Add preservative and perufme, followede by homogenizing shortly at 30°C. Adjust pH with sodium hydroxide.

Combine phase A at 85°C. Combine phase B, heat to 90°C and add phase C using a Silverson homogenizer with square hole attachment for about 2 minutes. Add phase B/C to A and homogenize for an additional 4 minutes at 6,000 rpm. Cool with sweep mixing to 40°C and add phases D and E. Adjust pH to ca. 8.0 with phase F. Finally add phase G and package.

Description::
A light cream with excellent spreading characteristics, this SPF 30 daily moisturizer relies on a combination of organic and inorganic UV filters to provide UVA and UVB protection. Asensa PR 200 helps to boost the SPF and helps to provide water resistance to the formulation.
