Comments::
1.    Disperse Carbopol Ultrez 21 Polymer by sprinkling on the surface of warm (~40°C) deionized water, without mixing.  After polymer has wetted, mix slowly for 10 minutes.
2.    Add remaining Part A ingredients in order to the batch using slow agitation.  Mix until uniform.
3.    In a separate vessel, pre-mix Part B ingredients and add to Part A.  Mix slowly until homogenous.
4.    Add ingredients one at a time in Part C to Parts A/B in order, mixing thoroughly between.  Mix until uniform.

Procedure::

Charge beaker with deionized water and begin heating to 60°C. Sprinkle carbomer in the vortex and mix with strong agitation until it is completely dispersed. Repeat the procedure with PEG 7M. When polymers are completely dispersed, reduce the mixing speed and add the ingredients one at a time while continually mixing but avoiding air entrapment in the batch. When all the ingredients are completely mixed and the batch cools to room temperature, check the pH and viscosity.

Procedure::
Weigh deionized water into vessel and add Carbopol Aqua CC Polymer. Add remaining ingredients in phase A in the order shown, ensuring that each ingredient is completely dissolved prior to the addition of next ingredient. Heat to 70°C. Mix phase B ingredients in a separate vessel. Heat to 70°C. Add phase B to phase A and mix completely. Wtih mixing, begin cooling to 45°C. Add ingredients of phase C in order shown. Mix until homogenous while batch cools to 35°C. Adjust pH 4.5-5.0 with citric acid.

Procedure::
Dissolve EDTA in deionized water. With smooth mechanical agitation, slowly blend Tauranol SCMI-85 into system. Begin heating to 50-60°C and mix until completely dispersed. Blend in glycerine and cocamidopropyl betaine. Cool system to 30-35°C, add preservative and mix until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with citric acid solution as needed.

Procedure::
An explosion-proof environment is required throughout preparation and packaging.
Add the first six ingredients to secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mizing, heat to 50°C and then add Parsol 1789 and Neo Heliopan BB. When homogenous and clear, start cooling. To the primary vessel add the alcohol and aloe vera. With mixing add Dermacryl 79. Slowly add secondary vessel contents to the main vessel contents. When uniform and clear, perform final quality assurance checks and package product in pump spray bottle.
