Procedure::
Heat phase A and B separately to approx. 80°C. Add phase A to phase B with stirring. Homogenize. Cool with gentle stirring to approx. 60°C and add phase C. Homogenize for a short time. Cool with gentle strirring and add phase D below 40°C. IMPORTANT: If phase A has to be charged into the vessel first, phase B must be added without stirring.

Procedure::
Add the Jeecol PMA-3 and mineral oil and heat to 75-80°C. Add in the Jeenates, Jeechem TISC, Jeecide CAP-2 and mix until uniform. Cool the batch to 55-60°C and add in the vitamin E. Premix the Jeechem FS-103, water and phytocollagen and add to the batch. Add in the flavor. Pour product into stick containers and let harden.

Procedure::
Combine ingredients of phase A with mixing and heat to 75-80°C. Combine ingredients of phase B with mixing and heat to 75-80°C. Slowly add phase A to B with mixing, maintaining temperature at 75-80°C. Cool with mixing to 60°C and slowly add phase C. Add ingredients of phase D individually at 50°C. Premix phase E to a uniform slurry and add at 40-45°C, then add phase F. Continue mixing and cool to desired fill temperature.

Procedure::
Mix phase A ingredients and heat to 70°C. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70°C. Add phase B to phase A with mixing at 70°C. Mix until uniform. Begin cooling batch. When temperature is below 45°C, add phase C ingredients one at a time in order with mixing. Mix until uniform.
