The IFSCC Congress will be held at the Infinity Hotel & Conference Center in Munich, Germany from Sept. 18-21. The theme of the event is “Cosmetics: Science for Beauty and Lifestyle,”
In addition to posters and presentations, the keynote address scheduled for the opening reception on Tuesday, Sept. 18 is “The Big Melt – The Melting Beauty and its Influence on our Lifestyle” by Dirk Notz of the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology. In this presentation, attendees will travel through time and space to gain a detailed understanding of climate change. The discussion will focus on the polar regions, where climate change is currently drastically changing the planet’s surface and will examine past, present and future changes at lower latitudes.
