Christian A. Brickman will join Kimberly-Clark Corporation on Sept. 1 as chief strategy officer, reporting to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Thomas J. Falk. In this position, Mr. Brickman will lead the development and monitoring of the company's strategic plans and processes to enhance K-C's enterprise growth initiatives.

Mr. Brickman is currently a principal in McKinsey & Company's Dallas office and a leader in the firm's consumer packaged good and operations practices.
