Tamara Mellon elected to Board of Directors
If the shoe fits, wear it.
The Board of Directors has elected Tamara Mellon, president and founder of fashion-forward footwear line Jimmy Choo, as a new Director effectively immediately. According to the company, the election of Ms. Mellon will increase the size of Revlon’s Board of Directors to 10 members and increase the number of independent directors to seven members.
Ms. Mellon has served in a senior executive capacity with the London-based Jimmy Choo since its inception in 1996. She also serves on the Board of Directors and on the Creative Advisory Board of The H Company Holdings, LLC, a privately held holding company which owns and manages Halston.
