Net sales rose 12% to $7.91 billion for fiscal year
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. reported a 12% increase in net sales to $7.91 billion for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2008. The company also posted a 5% rise in net earnings to $473.8 million.
For the three months ended June 30, 2008, net sales at Estée Lauder jumped 14% to $2.01 billion. The company reported a 36% increase in net earnings for the fourth quarter of $120.2 million.
