The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. welcomed Gregory Polcer as an executive officer in the role of executive vice president-global supply chain. He will oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain, which includes areas such as procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance and logistics operations.

Mr. Polcer, a business executive with more than 30 years of increasing and varying responsibilities, most recently was senior vice president of supply chain at Unilever. Prior to that, he worked with Playtex Inc. and J.C. Penney in various business roles.
