Tanner noted that Weinstein is an outstanding scientist who absorbed all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development and management—while still guiding the research efforts that support the industry.

“He is a people person, who gives back to his community,” added Tanner. “He's a family man and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren,” added Tanner, who called Weinstein a fierce competitor, who will reach 1,600 rides on Peloton today, “and an amazing dollhouse builder.”

“He is held in high regard by his colleagues. Bob thanks for all you do,” concluded Tanner.

Weinstein's daughter, Amanda Connolly, followed in her father's footsteps in the fragrance industry.
