Brenntag has inked a distribution agreement for the US and Canada with United-Guardian for Natrajel, its line of specialty polymers developed specifically for the sexual wellness market. The range features a skin-activated moisture matrix technology that provides hydration, lubrication and sensory enhancement to water-based formulations. 

 

According to the company, North American consumers have become more comfortable discussing sexual wellness and are starting to see it as part of their holistic approach to overall wellbeing, driving demand for clean, “luxurious” intimate care products.

 

The Natrajel line is non-irritating, COSMOS-certified hydrogels that can be used in all types of sexual wellness formulations from lubricants to intimate wipes and solutions for vaginal dryness.

 

Brenntag Specialties showcased United-Guardian’s Natrajel hydrogels at California Society of Cosmetics Chemists’ Suppliers’ Day in Long Beach on Oct. 25 and 26.
