Procedure

In a clean and sanitized vessel, add castor oil and begin mixing with a dispersion blade on low speed. Slowly add Hectorite Gel Soft in Phase A, then increase to medium speed. Continue mixing until no visible clumps are observed. Add Methylparaben in Phase B1 and continue mixing until completely dissolved. Add pigments one by one while mixing on low speed. Once all are added, increase to high speed and continue mixing until all pigments are completely dispersed. Decrease mixing speed to low-medium and add ingredients in Phase B2 one by one in order. Begin heating batch. At around 65-70°C, add waxes in Phase C one by one in order while waiting for each ingredient to completely melt before adding the next. Set mixer to lowest speed possible that still creates a small vortex. Add ingredients in Phase D directly into the vortex, one by one in order, waiting for each powder to completely disperse before adding the next. Pour into preheated molds at 70-75°C, then place in freezer to set.
